If you are experiencing a problem with our service or with your purchase from us, please let us know as soon as possible by email in the first instance, giving as much detail as possible about the problem.

Please include your order number in the case of a problem with a purchase. You can find this in the confirmation email that you received from us.

If you did not receive a confirmation email from us it may have been moved to your trash or spam folder. Please check those and add to your whitelist if possible.

We take customer support very seriously and we promise to respond to you very quickly.
